Acne sucks really bad!?

Ok, so I have really mild acne. It's nothing too serious. Besides my back. My hair covers it during the summer, which of course isn't healthy that I leave my hair down. But, it's embarrasing. I mean, of course, acne is embarrasing period. I have some blackheads on my boobs that aren't really noticeable. I was wondering if I should go on accutane for about 2 months or three? Go to a dermatoligist, its probably not a good idea to go on it unless you have severe acne, it is usually the last thing doctors tell you to do. I use st. ives acne and blackhead scrub on my mild acne and all over my face and back and it works great, you have to continually try something for about two months to tell if it works or not.
