No, eggs are not bad for your skin. Some recent research has indicated that milk (due to the growth hormones used to increase lactation in dairy cattle) might increase acne due to its potential affect on human hormones. There is also some research that a high sugar/carbohydrate/starch diet might contribute to acne. However, this does not include eggs. Even the research about avoiding eggs due to their cholesterol content has been called into question recently (as long as they are consumed in moderation). Is egg bad for your skin? Especially if you have an acne-prone skin.?
Eat Egg Whites instead of the whole egg for protein.
