After 6 months on Yaz my acne is as bad as ever...help!?

I've been on Yaz for 6 months. I was told by my doctor it was only the second birth control to ever be recommended by the FDA to help with acne. Since day one on the this pill I have had terrible acne all over my face. It's not just certain spots but everywhere. Before the pill I had mild acne that was not really an issue. I like the hormones in Yaz to regulate my mood but the acne is terrible. Has anyone experienced this??After 6 months on Yaz my acne is as bad as ever...help!?

* Mix honey with cinnamon powder to make a night acne treatment mask. Leave on overnight


* Apply wine to your skin to prevent acne outbreaks.


* Apply lemon juice to your skin twice a day for fifteen minutes to reduce the appearance of acne scars and diminish the size of pores.


* Crush fresh garlic. Apply the juice to your pimples to prevent infection and scarring.


* Mix ground sesame seeds with water and apply to skin. This will reduce inflammation.


* Apply lavender oil or mint oil to the skin on any body part to treat acne (i.e. back, neck, arms). It has antibiotic properties.After 6 months on Yaz my acne is as bad as ever...help!?
I am sure you are just a hormonal acne person and sadly Yaz didn't help.





Also are you just banking on YAZ to help or do you fight acne with products too?





If you aren't using a three step system you should be.


If you are then go off YAZ unless it's good BC for you.
No but got it when i was on Mycrogynon. Maybe its put your estrogen levels too low
