it can have the potential. but seeing as how Johnson's baby oil is just mineral oil id say it can have negative or positive results. Some people have claimed mineral oil helped treat acne while others say it made things worse.





and to the person above me: Not all oils are bad for acne. Examples of which are natural oils like Castor Oil. (which has been proven to be a good acne treatment)
You should never put any kind of oil on pimples or acne as the reason for the problem to begin with is clogged pores. He should be seeking a drying agent such as benzoil peroxide.
