Does anyone know of a really good foundation/concealer,i have really bad red rash,a bit like acne,around?

maybe Benefit bluff dust...for red areas on the skin dab it on after a concealer/ foundation or on bare skin.

I try all different kind of foundations, the only one I really like is Chanel foundation. It's expensive $45 but it does give you full coverage. The concealer you can get from Make up Forever at Sephora.
