Back acne really bad, weird. Pics?

I have had these blotches on my back for the longest time, they usually subside in the winter time, and in the summer they get really bad when I sweat. I wash them regularly, lightly, sometimes vigrously, Ive tried many astringments. Proactive helped a little, but that is far to expensive to use on a part of my body that is visable 20 hours out of a year. Having said that, I dont want them anymore anyways, just with out spending huge jack to clean it up. Anyone have this problem, or have some advice It would be greatly appericiated. Sorry for typing errors.

That isn't acne.

It is tinea versicolor.

You need to take an oral medication that is prescription only, your doctor can prescribe it and it will be gone for you. You can go to your internist, assuming they know some dermatology.Back acne really bad, weird. Pics?
are you sure that is acne\

go see doctor and he will prescribe something more powerful and better medicine for your condition, ask him about lyderm cream

that doesnt look like acne. have you gone to a doctor about this? looks like ecxema but maybe that picture isnt really showing me right..
Huh! I don't think this happens to men but it's the same gene that makes cats calicos. The spots have their own sweat glands and will sometimes sweat more than the rest of the body.

You might want to check with a dermatologist about this. My sister has a mild form of it on her stomach but covers it up during the summer.
Try going to a dermatologist - They might help it with something over the counter.
Dont wash as much it dries them out and makes them worse. Try a different kind of soup, your body gets used to some soap if you use it long enough. Get acne preventing cream by clarisil
