i have the discoloration ..the spots but they're fading


my problem is the deep imprinted scars on various areas on my face..they basically look like stretched out pores..i've tried pore minimizers..but thts not working..they're seriously stretched out and look bad..any solutions???Acne scars bad?help?!?
