i herd that some people after going off accutane for a few months or few years or alot of years later got acne again but alot worse how is this possible?? accutane stops oil production does your body get pissed off that your screwing around with its oil and produce way more?

It depends but it usually if it returns the form of acne is mild one.
However this drug is dangerous. You might get lucky considering some people experience and how it changed their life (I mean no acne gives you 200% confidence) whereas there have been cases of suicide.
There are plenty other side effects especially damaging vital organs unless you plan to live 100 years with first 25-30 years with acne having no meaning.
But you can try healthy diet before switching to accutane or maybe you can try some antibiotics.Can accutane make acne worse a long time after?
Oh god yes.
Like any other body system, your skin oils will become heavier and thicker the more it gets used, or in this case, need to be replaced.
Sometimes cleaning too much (overcleaning) can cause your skin to produce more oil, as your body can't figure out why it's all being stripped away.
Also, lay off the sodas and colas. I pretty much stopped a while back, and it's done wonders for me.
Try drinking some more water, too. It will take some of that pore-clogging crap out of your system when you pee (which should be clear).
Oh, and go easy on the deep-fried and breaded foods, too.
It takes a concerted effort and a few weeks, but if you actually do all these instead of just saying you will, you can actually get much clearer skin.
No over-priced crap needed!
I am on my 6th month of accutane and i am pleased with the results. I have no more blemishes and all my old marks and scars are disappearing. I havent heard of a persons acne getting worse later down the road.
