i use a lot of products on my face and sometimes it starts to burn after and my face is sometimes red. My skin also become very dry. Can it give me more acne if I irritate skin??????Can irritating skin on face make acne worse?

Yes. Absolutely yes.
Stop using so many products. Try one ';system'; with products designed to work together and stick with it. It takes a few weeks to clear up and repair the damage. Don't forget to moisturize. A lot.
Don't always choose the highest strength of something that you can find- sometimes they can ';burn'; sensitive skin...which only irritates it more! It can't heal the injury AND fight the bacteria AND clear the debris out of the pores at the same time!
Lay off some of the stuff. Relax a bit. Take it easy on your skin and it will begin to clear up.
It sounds as though you have very sensitive skin on your face. I would suggest you see a dermitologist to get the exact treatment you need. Acne is an infection, and inflammation (caused by irritation), can intensify your condition.
