How to get rid of bad acne?

The products you are using, are they Salsylic Acid or Benzoyl peroxide? BP can be VERY drying. I personally like SA better. Salsylic acid it really good. It is in almost all acne washes. Benzoyl Peroxide is too drying for me! Try finding a face lotion with SA in it. Clean and Clear has a good moisturizer with SA and it helps keep pimples at bay. It is only about $5 a bottle and lasts about 2 months and you can get it at your local store. I have used this in the past and it works well. Personally, I use Biore products (which you get over the counter. Their products range from $5-$10). They are harsh on pimples, but not on your face.

Personally, Proactive didn't work for me. I have been using Biore products for over a year and I hardly ever break out! Occasionally I will get one or two, but nothing bad. I use Biore Ice Cleanser for acne and Biore warming facial scrub every morning for blackheads (This stuff works. I notcied a DRASTIC diffrence in my blackeads being GONE within 2 weeks) . And then 3-4 day s a week I use Biore purging pore cream scrub. For body acne I use Neutrogena acne body wash I never break out on my body. It gets 110 in summer so sweat in inevitably, yet I never break out. Give it a try. All of it is cheap too. About $5-10 depending on what you buy! Salsylic acid it really good. It is in almost all acne washes. Benzoyl Peroxide is too drying for me! I think you will just need to experiment with products until you find what works for you. Remember, it can take 1 month for products to fully begin working! Good Luck! How to get rid of bad acne?
1. Twice a day (when you get up and at night) wash your face with a cleanser or a face wash. This will keep your skin pores clear and clean and treats blackheads.

2. Exfoliate your skin once a week (DO NOT DO IT LESS THAN A WEEK OR YOUR SKIN MY BEGIN TO DRY) to get rid of building up skin cells around the pores and to get a deep clean out of them. Many exfoliation products also treat blackheads.

3. When bathing use a good soap or bodywash that has a lot of moisturizing properties. It will keep your skin hydrated (which reduces a lot of acne) and it will help body acne by cleaning out pores and making your skin very smooth.

4. A few times a week moisturize your skin after you bathe with a good body lotion (try Aveeno) which will keep your skin hydrated and smooth, and keep it from drying up.

That's all you really need to see improvement in your skin.

For products, I use St. Ives. I trust it completely! For cleansers, use Neutrogena or Garnier facial cleansers. For exfoliation, use St. Ives Apricot Scrub (it has been rated as the most bought and liked scrub in the market). For bodywash or soap, try Dove or even St. Ives mineral therapy which will give your skin all the lost minerals it needs to stay healthy. For moisturizers and lotions, try Aveeno with oatmeal and Shea butter properties. It was about the only lotion that would work for me ^^ (my hands usually get flaked and cracked and bled because of it, but Aveeno saved me)!

But always remember: DRINK A LOT OF WATER!

Yes there is a solution. You can try out this particular brand Miho skincare. They have the acne prone series. Its called Miho Bio foam (cleanser for sensitive or acne prone skin), Miho Skin lotion (toner for sensitive or acne prone skin) and Miho Spot Touch (helps to lighten acne prone skin, dry up pimples or acne skin fast), Miho Facial Pack Mask (can be done once a week or on alternate day if you have serious acne outbreak).
