its very important to maintain the ph level in the skin to 5.5 Sebamed is the only range that when mixed with water the ph level doesn't change their for you skin balances out.
think of it like a scale when you use say neutragena or other cheapies from the supermarket they might say on the bottle that their ph 5.5 but when mixed with water the ph goes up to a 9.9 and the skin thinks it needs to re produce more oil so it does and that cause the break outs also don't forget hormones play a big part.
so my suggestion is Sebamed have a new acne range which is out and its fantastic try the foam wash and use the toner and the moisturiser see how you go with that or try the sebamed face and body wash that's a fantastic product you will see results after a week also you might need to see your gp he can either put you on the pill Yasmin and vibra tabs that will help you from the inside but speak to your GP.
