put toothpaste on it (the paste not the gel...try aquafresh) overnight. it'll be reduced by the morning. soon, it'll be gone.

Adjust your diet accoridingly but don' t be too technical coz .... all you need to know is that unfortunately, all the things that taste nice contribute to the acne and all the things that taste not so nice help to clear it up.
