Acne Problem bad?

I Have Moderate acne


I Was using Benzoyl peroxide for the past 3 months all it did was dry the hell out of my skin and leave some scars


so i stopped using it


Then I Decided To Buy Neutragena Rapid Clear Gel


Ive Been using It FOr About A Month Now It Doesnt Seem To Work I Kinda Over Use It


But Now I have 2 Huge Pimples around My nose and some pimples in my face


its realy embarrasing u noe =[


sucks





I Was Just wondering Since These Products Arent working For Me

like you i used benzoyl peroxide but it only hurt me i also recomend vaporizing your face with a bowl of hot water, it dries pimples withouth any chemical side effectsAcne Problem bad?

Benzoyl Peroxide does dry the skin, but that's a side effect worth fighting because it kills the bacteria that help cause acne. Use a 5% BP, wait a few minutes, then apply a gentle moisturizer and that dryness goes right away. This is what I do and it's been very effective for me.





Also, what you eat could be affecting your skin. For me it's oats, chocolate and too much processed and regular sugar.





Use a gentle cleanser such as Cetaphil- they make a good moisturizer as well. Be sure to ALWAYS moisturize or else your natural oils will overcompensate for the dryness and clog your pores.

youre obviously doing something wrong... youre probably trapping the pores or not washing them properly... go back to step one and try again. stop touching yourself so much.
