sorry but it is unattractive, one spot, that's peanuts but on a girl it's gross. i still don't know why so many of my acne male friends have got so hot girl friends, another question, why are cute boys a turn off and girls always look for the acne boys and the masculine and muscular ones?
It can be a turnoff depending on its intesity just like it is for girls to guys. Good thing is that it will clear up and all you have to do is shower and wash your face right.
If it's really bad, it can be a turn off. If it isn't too bad, guys should understand that it will go away.
