Is even natural sugar bad for acne?

Okay, please, I do not want to hear ';Sugar does not cause acne!'; It is getting really old and very annoying. I don't care if sugar doesn't cause acne for you, but everyone's body is differnet, and for me, when I eat sugar, I break out more and get red in the face. So, if you could exclude your stupid comments, that'd be great.

I heard from Chris Gibson's Acne Free in 3 Days that you should cut out sugar to clear up your skin. Did he mean literally ALL sugar? Like even honey, maple sugar, and cane juice? Or just refined and processed? Is even natural sugar bad for acne?
Yes, sugar does cause acne. Go to this site to find out:

It's the third paragraph, read it there.

And to answer your question, no he did not mean all sugar. You need sugar in your body. What he meant was to cut back on eating sugar, in otherwords, don't eat so much of it. I think what he meant was cut out sugar by avoiding soda or candy. If it's natural sugar, then I think not.Is even natural sugar bad for acne?
ALL sugar, but the refined/processed is worse. The sugars in fruits are ok.
all the sugars

but not the ones in health foods like fruits
