My husband has bad arm acne and scars? any cures?

So my husband has had really bad acne on his arms. He says that he has tried so many things but none of them work. He has scars from it too.... I've heard somewhere that it is caused from sweating...my husband runs a lot could that be why? Is there any product out there he can put on before he sweats or goes outside? Anything? He is so good looking:)...but he feels self-concious going swimming or when he takes his shirt off. I want to help him clear it up.....any suggestions? Go to the dermatologist and see if they will put you on Accutane. It is the ONLY cure for acne. All other medications will manage the acne , but as soon as you go off the medicine, the acne comes back. I know there are alot of warnings about Accutane, but I put all three of my kids on it because I am 51 years old and STILL have scars on my face from teenage acne. It is so worth every penny to go the Accutane route.
