heya

i can recommend two things to you:

the first you may not like... it it a form of the pill called dianette... it is an amazing cure for acne... i am 18 and use it and noticed a difference after 2 months worth..

the second i think you may prefer but you must ask your doctor to prescribe it... it is called DALACIN TOPICAL LOTION. it is a roll on antibiotic that you put on the inflamed acne area... i noticed a difference with this after a week!!!!! i also have very sensitive skin and had no problems with either concerning this. hope i could help xxxIve got very bad inflamed acne on my left cheek+neck only- please help?
If this really is acne you should see the GP and get some long term antibiotic treatment to clear it, there's no reason to suffer so without help. Maybe you sleep more on your left side and the moisture created is stopping the spots from clearing quickly.

Meantime, get out in the sun a little (UV helps, but no more than 15 mins without sunblock)and drink plenty of water to keep well hydrated. Hope you get it sorted soon.
You should got to the doctors, they'll give you medicated creams and lotions to put on it.
maybe you hold a phone to that side of you face and its not good for the skin
tried Proactive?
topically should always be your first route. Try washing your face with benzoyl peroxide(clean and clear makes a good one) and apply 10% benzoyl peroxide cream to the acne overnight. You have to read the ingrediants on the back to help you choose the peoduct. (you can always ask a pharmacist for help if you can't find the right ingrediant in the product.) Also exfoliate your face 3 times weekly (sometimes acne occurs when the bodys own ways of sloughing offf the dead skin slowls down)......These products will have your skin very dry and sensitive to sun, so make sure you use a good moisturizer at night, one that is oil free and non-comunegenic, and a food moisturizer w/ SPF during the day, also oil-free and non-comunegentic......Or get proactive which has this skincare routine if you don't wanna use the time and ebergy lookin for the products on your own....

If that doesn't work then see a Dermotoligist for a prescription oral medication

plus don't hold a phone or rest your hand on your cheek on that side of your face, see if it makes a difference
Cetaphil庐 Antibacterial Gentle Cleansing Bar. wash your face with it twice a day. do not ever touch your face. every time you realize you're touching it stop! wash your pillow cases and sheets frequently, at least once or twice a week. use sunscreen. don't use anything with mineral oil in it. oh, and don't use anything with scrubbing beads in it, its the same as ';picking'; and it irritates the skin.

EDIT: i did get some antibiotics from the dermatologist too and those helped a lot. mine always seemed to be on my left side too, i think i always rest my left cheek on my palm, so maybe that was why.
