I have really bad blackhead acne all over my face. is there anything to cure it??!?

i know this is kind of gross but i have blackheads all over my face. its really bad on my chin, nose, and cheeks. and theres even a little on my forehead. also i have alto of pimps manly on my forehead and the sides of my face. another thing i should add is that i have used a few things(even stuff prescribed by a dermatologist) and had no good results. most of the time my face eather gets worse or still has acne but gets dry and piles. i know all people have different skin but im willing to try anything, so please tell what worked for you guys. )':I have really bad blackhead acne all over my face. is there anything to cure it??!?
